Paid Representations to the Postal Service or Federal Government
Accepting Compensation for Certain Outside Activities may be Costly
A Postal Service employee is prohibited from seeking or accepting compensation to represent another in any matter in which the United States is a party or has a direct and substantial interest.
For example, you cannot receive compensation for applying for a loan with the Small Business Administration on behalf of your limited liability company or a friend’s company.
When you refrain from making representations to the Postal Service or Federal government on behalf of others, your loyalty to your employer is not compromised – a smart business decision.
Prevent falls from ladders by following basic safety rules. Make sure your ladder is in good condition and positioned firmly on a level surface. Don’t reach out too far. Always keep three points of contact while climbing.
Taking extra care when using a ladder will prevent accidents and injuries that could result in lost work days.
And that’s smart safety!

When you need to quench that thirst, drink water first.
Drinking water or unsweetened beverages instead of sugary drinks cuts calories. Soda, energy drinks and sports drinks are a major source of added sugar and calories in American diets. Drinking water is healthier for you and can help you keep your weight down.
And that’s smart safety.
