Before you leave your workspace, secure sensitive and sensitive-enhanced information. Place documents in a locked desk or file cabinet, in a room with a key or combination or electronic lock, or in an approved media storage area.

Wear proper footwear to reduce slips, trips and falls, and ease strained muscles. Shoes need to provide adequate cushioning and take care of your arches. This helps reduce fatigue and enables you to do your job more safety and efficiently.

Supervisors should periodically check to ensure employees are wearing approved footwear.
