Be sure collection boxes are checked regularly, especially at larger facilities and during times of heavy use, such as Christmas, Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day.
An overflowing box is bad for our brand and does not protect the sanctity of the mail.
Timely collections help keep mail secure and provide the service customers pay for and expect.

Face drooping on one side. Ask the person to smile.
Arm weakness. Ask the person to raise both arms. Does one arm drift downward?
Speech difficulty. Ask the person to repeat a simple sentence. Was it repeated correctly or was the speech slurred and hard to understand? Or was the person unable to speak at all?
Time to call 9-1-1 immediately.
