Managing Voyager Cards

The Postal Service automatically pays all Voyager Credit Card charges each week.

To ensure accurate reporting and prevent fraud, the reconciliation process must be completed at least once every month.

Managers should confirm they received a receipt for each purchase and review the eFleet reports for unauthorized use and unusual charges.  Suspicions of fraud or misuse should be reported to the Office of Inspector General (OIG) (1-888-877-7644).

Reconciliation prevents Voyager Credit Card fraud.

Get Out the Vote!

Employees are allowed to participate in voter registration drives to get out the vote!

The Hatch Act restricts Postal employees’ participation in partisan political activities, but it does not prevent employees from being involved in the democratic process.

Engaging in action to increase voter registration connects us to our communities and allows postal employees to contribute to the political process without violating federal law.
