• If you need to send a file outside the postal network, protect postal data by using the Enterprise Encryption Service.
• When you include the key phrase #sensitive# in the subject line, the Enterprise Encryption Service will intercept the email and encrypt it before sending it on to the recipient. The recipient will be directed to a secured server.

Encrypting postal information protects it from hackers and unauthorized use.
