Leaflets and Flyers
What’s in Your Lobby?
- Leaflets and flyers can’t be placed as “take one” displays in Post Offices. The Postal Service has policies and rules in place that prohibit communications of confidential, proprietary and non-public information — and information that could be construed as violating anti-lobbying rules.
These policies are designed to protect not only the Postal Service, but employees as well.
And that’s smart business.
For more information on what’s permitted in postal lobbies go to the POM, 122.54 or see Poster 7 at: http://about.usps.com/posters/pos7.pdf
